QUESTION: You offer email access, but can I actually talk to someone?
ANSWER: Yes you can. Unfortunately, in the price of $325 + courier fees, we are not able to telephone you, but if you would like to talk to someone from our Information desk, please email us (our contact information will be in your Pack) with a preferred time and we will arrange for a Help desk staff member to be waiting for your call. Ideally this would be in our standard hours of operation, between 9am and 5pm NZ time.

QUESTION: If I buy a LANZ pack will I still need to use an Immigration Agent?
ANSWER: Absolutely. We will never profess to be able to give you all of the answers to every question. Immigration Agents play a very important role in staying in touch with the latest Immigration developments in NZ. They are experts in their field and as such, we’d recommend using them extensively to process your visa requirements.
