LANZ – Information desk access


The Learn About NZ (LANZ) Pack is a product that provides current, targeted information about New Zealand for a potential new migrant to our country.

One of the key components that is included in each LANZ Pack is unlimited access to our Information desk facilities for 3 (three) months from the time you receive your Pack.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE INFORMATION DESK FACILITY?


Our information desk facility initially allows you to email us as many questions you have about New Zealand life, to help supplement the information that the Pack components give you. Secondly it allows you to arrange a time to phone us if you’d rather speak to one of our consultants.

Our information desk staff are all well versed in dealing with settlement issues for new migrants as most have held either Help desk or Programme Advisor roles for the Kiwi Ora settlement education course.

In most instances our information desk staff will be able to answer your questions themselves. On occasion, they may refer you to a relevant expert for more detailed advice.

We have information desk staff situated in different areas around New Zealand who will be able to supply you with specific regional advice as well as general information.

If you feel that you need some additional assistance and would like to talk to one of our information desk staff members, we will arrange a suitable time for you to call. Our standard information desk times are from 9am until 5pm from Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a call free land-line service, but we will allow you to access our consultants via Skype™ where possible.
